Fiction and Non-fiction

Send us your short story, serial fiction, creative non-fiction, essays, or articles. We love articles about small businesses, fascinating people, artists, and artisans. Fiction is open to anything you dream up, but we especially love engaging characters and thoughtful plots. And if you have an interesting angle on an engaging topic, essays are great, too. We can’t promise everything we see gets published, but we promise to read it and respond. Please take a look at The Regular Joe website and print issues for an idea about what we publish. All submitted stories are evaluated for publication in print and web.

We’d love to see your art, too! Pottery, sculpture, illustration, woodworking, chainsaw sculptures, metal work, you name it, we want to see it, especially if you are trying to promote your work. Send us pictures or digital art with artist information.
